By opting in to receive SMS messages from Marz Barbershops, you agree to receive text messages related to: appointment confirmations and reminders, schedule changes or cancellations, customer service responses, and shop updates and promotions (if you opt in).

2. Opt-In Consent

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by: booking an appointment through our website or app, checking the consent box on a form, or providing your phone number in-store and agreeing to receive messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services, but typically includes 1–3 messages per appointment and occasional promotional messages (if subscribed).

Msg & data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier plan.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to unsubscribe from all messages, or HELP to receive support information. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Marz Barbershops is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, carrier or network issues, or any damages related to SMS usage.
